  The customer service is always great so no surprise there. Everyone seems to go the extra mile with providing me with helpful information or updates. Recently, I walked in and instead of getting my usual hello, I received a "hello, Jennifer!" I was so surprised! I wasn't expecting that. I had only interacted with Chelsea a few times prior. Honestly, I didn't even know her name but after that I made it a point to find out. The personal greeting really made my day.

  This is an amazing branch with qualified individuals. Chelsea helped me and she is always such a joy to be around. Katie is down right hilarious, Emily is so sweet and Amanda is so easy to talk to.   REMOTE ACCESS BIG MISTAKE ... Ms. Michelle of Oregonians to the Rescue...... A CAUTIONARY TALE Today I did a bad thing... I allowed a smooth talking tech conman with an Indian Accent.... remote access to my account thinking I was receiving a $400. Refund for laptop security services ..... BIG MISTAKE! He went to great lengths and explanations to display his official Chase Bank ‘Exclusive Refund Account’ then asked me to go online so he could transfer my refund.. I typed in to Regular shares the amount then he asked me to verify and the amount showed 4,000 He freaked out and said if I don’t Take additional steps to refund to HIM $3600. He would lose his job! Fortunately I had a 2nd laptop on my desk and I logged in and VOILA! There was NO record of a $4000 deposit but instead $2000. Had been transferred from my checking to my regular shares ...... I put The conman on hold and called OCU and Michelle came to the rescue!!!!! Secured my funds, closed and locked down all access online and SAVED THE DAY! Thank you times 100, Michelle of Oregonians Federal Credit Union!!!

  Once again, Oregonians FCU shines! Because of a car dealership misstep, Rholonda had to rush through a loan application late on a Friday afternoon before the 3-eday holiday weekend. Just like that, all the paper transferred to the new dealership - presto, crisis averted. Thank you Rholonda and Oregonians FCU!

  I wouldn’t bank anywhere else. I’ve been with the Oregonians CU for decades and it’s been nothing but a pleasant experience. Their customer service is superb with employees that actually know your name. I’ve never had any problems or mess ups with any of my accounts which is a plus. The location in NE is perfect for me. Easy parking, on a bus line or an easy walk.
