  Thank you, Jonathan for EXCELLENT service you provided throughout our tenure of House hunting for last year and half. You have exceeded our expectation. I have heard from many home buyers regarding stressful process from Pre-approval to Closing but working with you it didn’t seem stressful at all. Jonathan provided us pre-approval letter on many houses offers at moment’s notice, even if it was late hours.   I was connected with Jonathan Harrilall through my realtor who highly recommended him. In the beginning of the process Jon made sure to call me to go over the basic information and was always available throughout the process with any questions that I had. He even called me to provide step by step instructions with certain documents and made sure that I had all of the necessary documents to proceed with closing. Jon was knowledgeable and explained items line by line to ensure that I understood everything that I was signing.
