  I can't speak highly enough about our experience with High Quality Mortgage (HQM) and particularly Joe Sheehan. My wife and I wanted to refinance in order to do some debt consolidation and home renovations, at the same time we were in the college admission process for our oldest child. To say both could be a stressful period wouldn't be hard to believer, were it not for the fact we were were working with Joe, and HQM. Joe made the process easy to follow and simple to complete. He was available and answered whatever questions we had no matter the time. We were able to close and get our loan in order so we could begin the work on one home and focus on our sons college process. I can't begin to thank Joe and HQM enough and can't recommend them highly enough... THANKS JOE!!!!

  Go with Joe! This was hands down the easiest process I have ever gone through, thanks to Joe and the HQM team. Joe is extremely responsive, professional, and best of all a genuinely good hearted person who cared about me as a client. I put my trust in him and he delivered big time.   We just recently closed on our refinance with Joe and High Quality Mortgage. He was simply AMAZING to deal with!!! We had the BEST experience ever with him. He was extremely responsive and understood the whole refinance process from start to finish. We never ever had to follow up with him. He was on top of everything, and if we had a question along the way, his response time was immediate! He was great to deal with. I already have a friend/colleague working with him to do her refinance. I would recommend anyone out there to give Joe a call. He was AWESOME!!!! Trust me, you will NOT regret it!

  I had the pleasure of working with Dan and his team on buying a new home. People shared that buying a home is one of the most stressful moments in your life. Well I guess they were not working with Dan because my experience was seamless. It was refreshing to know that someone had my best interest in mind. He was always available to answer any questions I had day or night and even weekends. Buying a home is a big step that you can take when you work with the right people who truly care about the customer. I could have not been living in my dream home without your help!!! Thank you

  Working with Joe Sheehan and the team at HQM Loans was nothing short of amazing. With the real estate market being as it is today, I don’t think we could have bought our house without them. Right from the start Joe was available to chat via phone or email whenever we needed him – this even included getting us preapproval letters on short notice on Sunday nights (sorry!). Once one of our offers was accepted, Joe and team were very good at communicating what needed to be done and next steps; unlike other parts of the home-buying process we never felt like we were in the dark or unprepared. Due to the seller’s request, our closing date was less than 45 days so we were in high gear from day one. Even with this tight timeframe, Joe had us cleared to close over a week prior to our closing date! Our lawyer commented that even she was amazed by how quickly we got through the process. We can’t say enough good things about Joe and HQM – their communication, rates, expertise, and attention to detail is all top notch. We’d recommend Joe Sheehan at HQM Loans to anyone and will use him for all mortgage and refinancing needs in the future.

  I am extremely happy with the service I got from here. Abed Essam Elkhatibe Helped me refinance my first house that I bought 6 months ago. Everything was smooth and quick He knew what he was doing.
