  This was an amazing experience! I was working with another mortgage broker that quoted me 6.75% for a 30 year fixed rate. I checked rates online to compare because it seemed high.   Rick was recommended by a co worker. He was very professional. I was very anxious doing this alone for the first time. Newly divorced and never handled refinancing on my own before. He made the process extremely easy and explained everything every step of the way. He never made me feel uncomfortable with all my crazy and redundant questions .   It has been a long and difficult road to refinancing our home mortgage. After a few mortgage brokers that declined us or quoted extremely high rates we found Rick and everything is history now.
