  The service and personal attention I received from Lisa and the rest of the team was exceptional and beyond what I was expecting! Her knowledge of the local/national market and her commitment in finding me the best rate helped me in my search for a multi-family home. As a first time home buyer everything was new to me and the most important thing I wanted was someone I could trust. She was there for me every step of the way.   I’d like to send a huge Thank You To the team at Forward Mortgage. This was my 2nd time securing a mortgage with Chris and his team. Chris is an amazing mortgage/ financial professional, very very knowledgeable as well as very very accessible. He has the ability to simplify every aspect of the Mortgage process from applying to closing. He literally made both mortgages the easiest part of our home buying process not to mention we contacted Chris on a Sunday morning to start our second mortgage and he gave us all the time and info we needed to get ahead in the Crazy Covid Housing Market. This time around we were introduced to Peter Jun and wow just as amazing. Very knowledgeable very accessible and he assured us that we had nothing to worry about and that we would close on the said date or even earlier if we wanted.   The entire process was quick and painless, with constant communication and information given to us along the way. We found a home we loved despite the crazy market, but there was a very tight timeline from the seller - which we were able to meet because our mortgage was squared away so quickly. This was not our first time buying a home and the experiences could not have been more different! Previously the mortgage was tedious and anxiety provoking, but this time it was the least of our worries. I’m not sure anyone else could have gotten it done so quickly and efficiently! I would recommend Chris and Peter without hesitation.

  Chris is stellar! He is a true professional and an effective and prompt communicator both orally and in writing. We were never in the dark and received tremendous guidance on the home buying process. We could not have done this without Chris. We purchased our 1st using Chris because of how he treated us and gained our trust as first time home buyers. Chris left his former company and created a new one and we followed him-again using him to purchase our 2nd home. Chris' experience in the business enabled him to help us navigate some challenging situations on the buying and selling side with us and our then prospective buyers/sellers. Very positive and realistic throughout the entire process. Peter is great as well. Very professional and prompt when communicating. Peter was equally as patient as Chris in explaining and guiding us throughout the process.

  I am so glad I was referred to Forward Mortgate, LLC to take care of my home closing needs. They are always on top of my paperwork, keeping me constantly in the loop, and very responsive . If it had not been for their service, know-how and professionalism I don't think I would be able to close the home purchase in a short and reasonable time. And to think there were some challenges to the income. Great team, really!
