  Lorcan and the staff at Lucy Mortgage were more than knowledgeable in dealing with a "outside the box" solution for my real estate transaction. Everyone is professional with their respective jobs. Each person offers a rapid response and a quick turn around. They take the guess-work out of the equation about if the transaction will close and when it will close. Every detail is addressed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  I cannot recommend Mr. Jason Barley and his team at Lucey Mortgage enough. As first-time home buyers, Jason walked us through every step of the way and was always patient with us - from the pre-approval process all the way through closing and thereafter. He offered every option available to us in a timely manner, and customized our options on the fly to fit our needs. We will, without a doubt, be using Lucey in the future if/when we move within the Charleston area.
