  The Southern Coast Team of Direct Mortgage Loans was a group of intelligent professionals with the most uncomplicated program I've ever dealt with to attain a mortgage. This easy access app program I used to simplify transferring sensitive documents to the team, was so easy making the process to be completed in 3 1/2 weeks! This was unbelievable. George Gonzales especially Laurie Johnson made our dream home happen! I can't thank them enough about how much they made this process so simple and so easy to accomplish, without the stress.   Fantastic team -- fast, flexible, and knowledgeable. Most loan processes are opaque and require the customer initiative to stay informed.   Chris and his team have been outstanding to work with from the very beginning. I’m a first time home buyer and knew nothing of the process. Everything seemed very overwhelming and Chris offered to sit down with me to help explain every step of the process. Everyone on his team has been super helpful and great to work with. They check in regularly to see how everything is going and keep me updated on what is happening on their end. I never want to go through the home buying process again but if I ever do I will certainly will use Chris and his Direct Mortgage Loans team the next time!

  As a first time homebuyer, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chris and the Southern Coast Team of Direct Mortgage Loans! Chris and Makenzie were great at communicating with both me and my realtor, and made the entire home buying process feel so easy and smooth. Their team is very professional and keeps you well informed (and educated as a first time buyer!) on what’s going on! They were diligent about getting me pre-approved before starting the home search, which made putting in a quick offer feel effortless, especially in this fast market. Even in the middle of COVID-19, their team got me closed on time.
