  If I could give them ten stars I would. Taylor worked tirelessly to get us to the finish line with a fantastic rate locked in. He was an incredible communicator all through the process and answered any questions/addressed any concerns we had. He made this whole process so easy and painless as it should be! Because of him, we finally own our beautiful new home. We can’t thank Taylor and the Lowcountry Home Loans team enough!!

  Taylor and his crew at Low Country Mortgage did an incredible job of keeping us informed throughout the process and the closing was very smooth with no hiccups. We 100% recommend their company to anyone looking for a mortgage. They are honest and fair and their pricing was very competitive.

  I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Mr. Taylor Cabaniss at Lowcountry Home Loans!! He made my dreams a reality when finding my 2nd home, which is my Forever Home!! I reached out to Taylor at the end of August for a loan approval and was approved for far more than I imagined! He was very nice, thorough, paid attention to detail, fast, kind, and Amazing!!! Taylor told me that he had given me the best deal and he was sure no one would be able to beat it because he was the Bear! Well I called around to a few lenders and Taylor was right no one came close to the loan approval and down payment. I was totally blown away! I told him he was actually the Goat because he was the Absolute Best. My only regret is I hadn’t heard of Taylor sooner but I am so happy with my home! It checks all the boxes and then some!! My daughters are so excited and it’s all because of him!! I will make sure to send all family/friends to you when wanting to secure a home loan! I will be back when it’s time to refinance Taylor. My husband and I worked with him to purchase our first home. Throughout the entire process, Taylor checked in to give updates and answered any questions so we could have a smooth, stress-free home buying experience.   Amazing experience with Taylor. We've refinanced several times over the years and have usually had a pretty stressful experience, especially with responsiveness. This time around was by far the best experience we've had and we will continue to use Taylor for every refinance or mortgage need in the future. I cannot say enough about his responsiveness, professionalism and pro-active work ethic. Anytime I had a question I got an answer within the hour, which is unheard of in my experience. In addition, the cost was extremely competitive. As one reviewer already said-- do yourself a favor and go with Lowcountry Home Loans!

  Taylor and his team continue to be the best in the business. My closing was difficult... not because of LHL... they made this thing happen despite incompetent realtors and ridiculous appraisers. Will always continue to use Lowcountry Home loans.

  Again Taylor Cabaniss came through. My husband and I purchased our home last July and 1 year later Taylor called us to let us know the interest rate dropped almost 1% and asked us if we would be interested in refinancing. We are so impressed with Taylor, he found us the best home insurance rates, I ended up switching all my insurance needs to the company Taylor recommended for us. Taylor is thorough and quick, all the refinancing paperwork and documents were done in 2 weeks and we closed the refi in 3 weeks, it would have been sooner but we were waiting on the underwriters. It's been truly a pleasure to work with Taylor, he is very thorough and he is always on top with the changes in the market. I mentioned to him that our loan was sold and he knew who the new company that purchased our mortgage loan.
