  I got pre-approved to do the exact same loan that I had already done last year. That loan was paid off 5 years early. I went to do another RV loan and after all the verification, I was told that I was good to go and could go into a local branch, drop off the title and collect the check. Amanda and her manager in the Orem location decided to deny my PRE-APPROVAL done with Bethany at the loan center. They said that somehow my first loan was done in error. No logical explanation. My credit is what THEY CALLED "stellar". My history with them is what THEY CALLED, "stellar". They dropped the ball on figuring out why they were denying my $33,000 loan on a $75,000 vehicle. Bailey was trying to be nice about the mistake Mountain America had made. The loan manager, Dillan never called back. There was absolutely no follow through on the promises to make this right. The management completely dodged any follow up. Considering I already did the exact same scenario on the previous loan, to leave customers hanging after DAYS of my effort to make your job easier has made my family and my company give all our future business to America First Credit Union. AFCU was competent and processed the loan in 11 minutes!

  I've been a member of MACU since the UTELCU days (70's) and have never been disappointed in the quality and level of service rendered. Many of my family are associated with MACU as well and receive the same quality service. Expect to be here until my time's up.

  I visited the branch to withdraw some money for Christmas. The teller was immediately available and filled my request in a very courteous and expeditious manner. In and out in good time.

  Really bad customer services by the manager of this branch. I brought my company check here and they don't wanna to Casher just because the check is made it for my company even I owned the company. Very disappoints.

  I have been a member for a few years now. Never had a single problem in any way. Always friendly and professional. No crazy fees like my past bank

  They've always been very good to my family and I. We switched to this bank from the larger national Bank we were with because they're local and much more friendly.
