  Ok I had written out a person check here for my cleaning lady who cleans after my jobs after the work is performed. I have cashed about 2 or 3 person checks here that customers had written out to me for work I have done ( what’s the difference? ) Absolutely nothing! I contacted the owner and he absolutely could not give me an explanation on to why they have before and why they won’t now!! Its perfectly legal. If they had no signs saying that they don’t I would of not wasted my time nor gas to go simply have my cleaning lady waste her time depending on this PICK and choose who THEy decide they want to cash a check for I also bring my business here as well. You best believe I will let all my friends and family know not to shop here anymore! Plus I will be connecting the better business website to put in a complaint on this business first thing in the morning !!!!

  Refused to cash my check because I live in a different town. I had proper forms of ID and everything. However I saw 7 people cash their checks without proof of ID or any kind of paperwork in and out no problems or questions asked. R

  I come here after work when I get my paychecks because I hate waiting a few days. They’re always helping me out and their fees are beyond reasonable. Been coming here for 8 weeks now, highly reliable and fast! Great liquor store with great prices as well. 10/10 would recommend, my boyfriend comes here to cash his checks too lol.

  I needed a check cashed fairly quickly and after a Google search came across this place. So glad I did. They were nice on the phone and even nicer in person. The transaction was smooth and fast and they have fantastic rates. Definitely recommend this one.

  THIS PLACE IS THE BOMB !!!! I had a horrible time trying to cash a payroll check from my out of state employer. Not only did they answer my questions over the phone, they have a feature where you can send them a picture of your check via text and they let you know if they can cash it and the fee for cashing if. They were super empathetic and understanding. They have the LOWEST feento cash your check. This place is just all.around awesome!!!! I would recommend my own mother to come here!!!

  Didn't want to have to wait for the bank to open to check my check that came in the mail. Called Louie's and they told me what I needed to bring to get my check cashed. When I got there the man behind the counter was very nice and greeted me right away. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Definitely a far better experience than any of the larger check cashing chains.

  Great place! Wanted to cash my check but unfortunately the place I usually go to is a little further from me now since I moved to Woodland Hills and I wouldn’t have made it in in time to get my cash. I googled any Check cashing places that were open but everyone was closed except for Louies Liquor store. I called in and the gentleman there was very nice and helpful, he told me they were open till 12 and that they can cash my check anytime I came in. This place is great and their customer service here is amazing from my experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a check cashed or to anyone just looking for a place to do some quick shopping. Thank you Louies Liquor & Check Cashing!

  Very helpful. I needed help cashing my check and I had gone to three other liquor stores were nobody else wanted to help me. But this liquor store help me out because I really needed the money. Very helpful. And I am very thankful. I definitely recommend this place.
