  Very good experience. Customer service was on point. I got a fair price and it definitely didn't feel like a skeevy experience like some other pawn shop transactions. Lastly, they seem to have a really nice selection of jewelry for purchase and offer payment plans. All around a good choice for your pawn shop needs

  Spoke to a gentleman on the phone about pawning my Race bike for a decent amount but when i went to the place i was met by some tiny ugly hipster with short girl syndrome who apparently knows of a magical place where Specialized brand Race bikes go for $200 bucks because someone sold her a Rockhopper model (generic mountain bike) for the same, i showed her the receipts for how much i got my bike for and she then acted like she knew everything, to finally arriving that 10% of 800 is $60 bucks, (swear not making this up) If you go here, avoid the short girl syndrome having hipster chick.

  I don't think the costumer understood the conversation that took place. The Magical Place he is referring to is CRAIGSLIST!!! We just inform the costumer this was a good place to go if he was looking to buy or sell a bike at a fair price. We don't usually take bikes in for pawn (due to the lack of space). When we do we are only able to offer 10% to 15% in this case $80 - $120. The costumer was looking for a $ 300 - $350 loan. Way above what we could offer! there is no way we could've found common ground. That is why we recommended to try another Pawn Shop. I would like to apologize if you felt we were short and a bit condescending. (but there is no need for name calling) It's never our intention to make costumers feel like they are been cheated or low balled. We strive to offer the best costumer service possible. We are truly sorry we couldn't fund the loan you were requesting, but from a business prospective we could only do so much. We Appreciate any feed back Good or Bad! ! !

  Horrible people running that place. They treat u like there above u or what u ask of them. Belittle u in condescending manor. And shun u away. They took advantage of the situation and made me pay $5 jus to check if wut i brought was real or not. I jus went for help. That's criminal and cady business.
