  Joe and Marcella have truly excellent customer service! They helped me switch from a not so Progressive insurance company and to lower my rates to pay for the exact coverage I should have on my new Jeep. Not only did they help me shop for lower rates for my auto coverage they also helped to compare homeowners insurance and bundling them together. Thank you both so much!

  I have had home owners, four automobiles and a camper with Lou for several years. We have had lapses of auto coverage, even while we were on auto payment plans. This caused issues with the DMV and showed we were not covered. We ended up paying reinstatement fees to get our registration current and this office rudely denied the $60 late fees. The office is one of the most unorganized and unprofessional I have dealt with. I have only used my homeowners or auto coverages once in the last 34 years and this is the most I have had to speak with an office. I would not recommend this office at all. If State Farm is your choice, I would try the "other" office in Los Alamos. Otherwise shop for better rates, they are out there.

  Lou Santoro and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly and always have the best interest of their clients in mind. If it wasn't for Lous' staff I would have never known that State Farm offers more than just insurance. Turns out they offer financial services like banking and auto loans. They even offer CD's, never knew that before I spoke to the staff there. Thank you Lou Santoro and team, you managed to get me excited about insurance!

  We moved from GEICO about 2 years ago afraid of change. The staff was AMAZING... I had several questions and without hesitation or frustration they were able to answer me honestly and truthfully. It was by far the easiest transition we had made in some time. One stop shop for auto and life policies and i couldn't be happier. Thank you to the wonder staff and to State Farm for covering me and my family!

  I was a customer with Lou for over 13 years at one time this agent's office had good customer service and cared. Apparently recently they've had changes with the personnel. I had called for assistance with a question and to my shock and surprise the office manager was very unprofessional and even hung up on me rudely. I absolutely do not recommend this agent with the rude unprofessional staff who don't care about the customer. My question needed immediate assistance. I personally have switched to another agent Good luck if you're still with this agent. Lou did not even have the decency to call me back after my incident with his office manager. What a shame.

  A friend referred me to Lou Santoro's office a while back for car insurance when my previous provider suddenly jacked up my rates for no reason. Soon after switching to State Farm, my car was hit and run while parked in Santa Fe and I immediately had to make a claim. Lou Santoro's office didn't give me any grief about filing a claim and referred me to a GREAT body shop where my car got repaired. I just approached them about getting coverage for a condo I'm purchasing, so that I can bundle car/home...and Michelle Cole was great and fast! I got my quote within minutes and was able to send it off to my mortgage broker. I look forward to keeping them as my insurance agents for a long time. Carrie Ryan (a.k.a. Atheria)

  Let me start by saying the staff at this location is amazing! I have been with this agent for several years and they have always gone out of their way to answer my questions, and provide my family with the best service! They know me and my family by name and they are always willing to exceed our expectations! Whenever I call, someone is always there to answer & if they don't know the answer to my question, they lead me in the right direction every time.
