  A week ago my CD was up for renewal and because offices are closed because of covid I had decided to close my account which I had for about 14 years. I requested a phone call and Anissa Martinez of the Los Alamos branch contacted me. She was so patient and extremely helpful. Her understanding and tenacity kept me from closing my account. Again, Anissa thank you for all you did for me.

She went farther than the extra mile and resolved our problem quickly and thoroughly. She also made herself available to us directly therby sparing us from the horrible "on hold music!"
