  We love Enterprise Bank and Trust in so many ways!! As a client, our personal accounts are always secure, and there is always tons of help. As a non-profit our accounts are there too, because we feel safe. Our kids have accounts and EB&T staff have called to check on us all, during this crazy pandemic. As the Executive Director of the two local senior centers, they always assist with a community event to give back to our seniors, members or not :) Now that's a bank and her people to love. Go EB&T.

  Hello ,I would like to let you know that during the process of refinancing our home mortgage we hit several snags mostly due to my lack of computer skills. We truly feel that someone else would have given up and turned our application over to someone else. But Claudia was patient and got it done. Thus the five stars..

  I recently refinanced my mortgage & was fortunate to work with Claudia Reidys, mortgage loan officer at Enterprise Bank, Los Alamos. Claudia is outstanding – highly knowledgeable, personable and professional. Her expertise, availability, clear communication of the process and responses to my questions, at all hours, resulted in an exceptional experience. All of this while we were both newly “working from home” due to the COVID pandemic! Despite that new challenge, Claudia ensured the loan process continued smoothly and efficiently. Client satisfaction is of upmost importance to Claudia. She was always pleasant and available to clearly and promptly respond to my questions, big or small.   I love banking at Enterprise Bank. My family member needed a checking account and a loan and Enterprise Bank went above and beyond to make it happen. Even during the COVID shut down everyone was so professional. Cierra Brunner assisted us with the loan, a new checking account and when a problem came up she reached out to other departments to timely resolve the problem. Liddie Martinez followed up after hours to make sure everything was taken care of. What service! We are blessed to have a bank in our community that really cares about their customers and our community family.

  My experience with the transition from LANL to Enterprise Bank has been great. I appreciated the packet sent to my home as well as the email with details about the transition. I easily set up my new on-line access and I really like the format of the information on my accounts. So far, the transition has been seamless for me. I was also pleased with the customer service I recently received at the drive up window. The lady helping me was very fast and friendly!

  It's been rough with coronavirus this past year, but Enterprise has gotten us both PPP relief packages helping to complete the paperwork and getting the loan forgiven. Their webinars were very helpful from corporate as the information was handed down from the federal govt, and then our local manager Ryan Tatro helped get it pushed through. Richard Garland helped us set up a new business this past year as well and, hopefully, because of their relationships with SBA and USDA, we'll be able to take advantage of the low interest loans that are coming out with the most recent relief package. Our relationship with our Enterprise has become more important than ever this past year. Thanks!
