  Michael Kaplan did an amazing job renting out my office space. The space was previously for rent under three other agents for 18 months with almost no response. Michael took over and very quickly had multiple showings. He had the space rented within months. He truly is one of the hardest working realtors I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He’s courteous, knowledgeable and I highly recommend his services.

  I own three office buildings and used Logic to purchase them. When I have vacancies, I turn to Logic to seek new tenants. Logic has done a great job for me, even on deals that are not huge. I have dealt with a number of people at Logic and they have all been first rate, honest, responsive and great to work with.

  Steer clear of any shopping center that posts their sign! Not worth the lack of customer service and utter disdain. They treat you like they owe you something! Worse yet, is that lazy excuse for a property manager, Saffron Kow! What a joke! Do not let her or her incompetent colleagues talk to you in disrespectful ways if you do have business with them! Go directly to local officials like I did yesterday and file a complaint with GLVAR the Clark County office and expose them to anyone that will run with it. Is this the person you’d like handling your multimillion dollar business? You can do better! Worst property management company ever

  Terrible company. Tenants steer clear of this god awful company. They take forever to take care of grievances and treat you like sh**. After talking to the actual owner of the building they were taken aback by their unprofessionalism.

  Most of the reviews that I do on google are very very positive... This is my fist negative review ever. This young lady was very unprofessional and discriminatory against me and my company. Please, please be aware of Stefany Lee Sigier.... She asked very detailed questions just for me to view a building. Like ROI, current building Square footage.. The more she heard my voice she asked why I would like to see the building. Why does MY business have the interest in seeing the building and the conversation got worse and worse... She stated that she would send me an email and never did.

  I was looking for a warehouse space in a specific area. I called, the front desk trasfered me to a guy named Travis(front desk said that's his area). He got my number and name to call me back. He didn't call me back for a day so i made a call back. Front desk said the guy on meetings all day. I called again next day, front desk said he is not in the office, i told them then i will just pass. Suddenly he was in the office and he says he told me that he does not have any listing in the area. Come on, don't act like i am stupid. I wouldn't have been waiting for his call if he tells me that. I just wanted 1000sqft. Probably that's why they didn't care about my thing.
