Itohan Amayo5Thank you, thank you, thank you drive-thru tellers for your help! I didn't catch the name of the lady teller that helped me get a temporary card, but she is an angel, truly! I had a really unique situation where I didn't have all the materials to get a temporary card, but she was willing to work with me. She didn't simply give me a temporary card carelessly, but diligently vetted me to ensure I was who I claimed I was. I had gone through a stressful situation with another bank that made me feel hopeless I'd be able to have access to my money for a while, but the teller was very clear and understanding of what was going on. They know what they're doing here. Thanks so much again.

Karen Gasparyan5I bank at this location for almost 10 years now. Absolutely love the service they provide. I always deposit checks that need approval code to process and it takes quite a time to get over the phone. And I always go the last minute. I just can't help it, can't make it ontime. But I never had any teller who is at the drive trough complaining about it or changing facial expression . I always say sorry in advance, promising do better next time, but.. I recently had an loan inquiry and sat down with Taylor. She was very professional and handled the process great. Generally I love the US Bank's customer service. I think they are the best! I was surprised to read all these reviews and thought that had to have my comment added here. Couple years ago my dog died and I had to go to the branch for a deposit that day. They saw the condition I was in, offered help, I just told them I don't want to talk about it. On the next day I had a call from the manager asking if there was anything they could do for me. I was shocked that I could get a call from the branch offering just simple human comfort. I wish them well and hope to see them for the years to come.

Johnny McLay1Insanely incompetent!! One of the bank tellers pulled $4,000 from my account when someone with the same name but completely different account number did an in-person withdrawal. The teller is so derelict they didn't recognize the completely different accounts and now I'm having to try to fix this mistake. I have been on the phone several times for several hours over the last three days trying to get US Bank to resolve this mistake with negative results. I talked to multiple people who all say "it should be fixed now", but never is. Last I was told, it has to be fixed at the branch level. Thats when I found out it was this Las Vegas Hualapai branch and I was supposed to get a call from "Alexis" before closing on Saturday but, surprise surprise no call! I tried to call the branch manager but no answer and still I dont have my money. I have several checks out for bills that will most likely bounce now. Ive been with US Bank for almost 25 years. I can't deal with this level of incompetence. I think its time to find a new bank.

Desiray Thormo1Don't go here. If you value your money and where it goes. No one at this location is helpful I went in yesterday to inquire about a personal loan and this blonde woman who looked like she had just rolled out of bed told me the interest rates will be high and walked away. She didn't even bother to sit me down and talk options she made one look at me and decided I wasn't worth her time. And she didn't even bother to look at my account which if she did she'd notice I have excellent credit and have been with US bank for almost 5 years. I was about to say forget it after being treated like that but my boyfriend took me to the location on charleston and Hualapai and the man there actually took the time to go through the loans with me and I got approved for one at a great interest rate. I'm conclusion I love US bank that's why I stay with them. But this location has always given me issues and attitude and does not live up to the name. I will not be coming to this location ever again and encourage others not to do the same.

Chucky Ho1Second time I cash my Chex at this location horrible and waiste my time . The young girl (teller) took her sweet time over 20 minutes . Usually anywhere else check and cash me within 5 mins . I noticed she like to browse on our company account that why she took a long time to cash my Chex very unprofessional. She look like she don't know what she doing have to look for other to help. Parking lot suck !!! lady almost hit my car while backing up lucky I honk in time .. lmao.!! Never go here ..

Mark Fleysher1What a terrible branch. They lied to me to get me to open accounts, I have written statements from an employee promising me certain things; that employee is gone, and the branch manager is not friendly or nice. Not sure how this bank survives.
