  I would highly recommend Mark Baker and his team for your loan needs. Our home was new construction and his team made sure they had everything in place way before the build was complete. Once they got the final documents from the county they had it closed very quickly. They were extremely professional and never too busy to answer my calls or respond to my emails.

  We have used Mark Baker and his team many times in the past not only for referring our own clients but also for ourselves as well. I love when I call, someone always answers the phone and anyone of his team members can answer your questions! They are all on top of their game and have their system down which I greatly appreciate! I wouldn't think of anyone else to use for a loan or refinance!

  Mark and his entire team were attentive to my every need. Everything was completed as promised and we were able to close on our house earlier than anticipated. Mark was able to work with our budget and got us an even lower interest rate than we were quoted. I would not think to use anyone else other than Mark and his team for my mortgage needs.

  All I can say is WOW! Mark Baker and his team pulled off a miracle of which EVERYONE said could not be done. With 30 days left for me to close on my new home, my original Lender pulled out of the loan. I was referred to Mark Baker, the man that came make things happen. I told Mark about the situation and he was not deterred, a matter fact he was motivated. Mark was completely upfront with me and said 30 days is going to be tight to get it done but he DID IT! I received an email around 5:15pm last Friday that the deed had recorded and I could go pick up the keys to my new home. Words cannot express how satisfied I am with Mark and his team (Wayne & Cara). Mark Baker and his team will be the only show in town I will use or refer business to in the future. Thank you Mark, Cara & Wayne!

  Closed refinance loan. Spring Valley, Las Vegas, NV What can I say about the Mark Baker Team? Awesome is one adjective that comes to mind. We re-financed from an interest-only loan to a conventional loan and they helped us save almost $300/month. They made the loan process so easy; from emailing documents to e-signing them (with step-by-step instructions) it was a breeze. They kept us informed every few days of what we should expect next. We will be forever grateful to Wayne, Cara and Mark for all their diligent work and patience ( you can hear a smile in their voices any time I called). Really! The Mark Baker Team Rocks! I will recommend you to all my friends and clients. 5 STARS is not enough!
