Oana M1I’m here at 2:45 on a Thursday. There are no customers and there are two tellers. Neither teller can be bothered to take my deposit. I have had to wait several minutes. Clearly the tellers’ time is more valuable than the customer’s time. The branch hours have been reduced and the service is nonexistent.

Paul Huckins1Arrived at the bank at 11:30 on Friday March 4th only to find a note on the door that the only teller was out to lunch. Ok… So I thought to deposit my check into the “convenient” atm but that was out of service! Question, is Bank of America going out of business or do they no longer care about customer service?

Steven Rueben1I have been a BofA customer for decades and currently levels of customer service are the worst ever. The branch never picks up their phone - the small business consultants can't get voice mails and there is no way to be sure they received their e-mails. Lee went out of his way to try to re-engage my business and me with BofA and the effort has been wasted. If B of A can't get our of its way to value a premier customer that has businesses that process multiple millions of $$ through the bank annually, what hope does the typical bank user have. I have literally called the bank 10x and phone was never answered. Have emailed Lee 5x with no response. Have reached out to the leadership in the state of NV and they do not call back either. Reached out to Private Banking and they do not call back either. i WOULD NOT BE BOTHERING TO GET THE SITUATION CORRECTED IF I JUST DIDN'T WANT TO MOVE ALL MY ACCOUNT (10+) OUT OF BOFA - LET'S SEE IF ANYONE RESPONDS TO THIS REVIEW.

Christopher H3ATM just ate $610 of a $870 deposit on Monday Sept 6th around 12:10 am. ATM keep beeping forever then would not give me card back either. Im writing this . I called the number on the ATM but no human could be reached. I called the Bof A emergancy number. Ill be contacting this branch as soon as they open on Tuesday ><

Glenn Denny1If I could give 0 stars I would. Friday at lunch time and only one teller open. And don't say COVID-19. Because there were 4 other employees behind the glass. And then when I addressed the situation to the big guy with the tablet instead of giving me a apology he became rude and said goodbye goodbye goodbye. I have been with BOA for over 20 years and never in my relationship with BOA have I been disrespected like this. Horrible wait time. Just Horrible.

Greg Pochowski1I went in to open a separate savings account so I can squirrel away money to buy power tools, for a side business that has been picking up steam. I wanted this separate from my joint account. They were supposed to send a survey to me. They sent it to my wife which caused a fight, and me having to stay at a hotel.... now... im out $450 bucks. The exact opposite of SAVINGS. No response from my email request until a week after... not even from the one I sent it to (supposedly to be back on the 5th, but "conveniently" out all week.) I get a lame apology and a promise for a call back today.... guess what?! No call. Most unprofessional behavior and business practice. I'm out $450, have to push back my business (more money lost) and I'm just crawling out of the dog house with the wife, because BOA screwed up.

Adrian Cruz4This Bank of America branch is one that's conveniently located close to my house. The tellers are always accommodating whenever I make my deposits. Their wait time on busy days are not so bad compared to other branches. On certain days, there is a particularly slow teller but she is sweet and kind. There were times when they weren't so accommodating, like when my dad wanted to waive the late fees he got... All in all, a pretty decent branch.

Brian Porcello1HORRIBLE AND SLOW!! Worst bank to walk in and waste 30 minutes every time. Dude at the door, whats his job anyways because 9 out of 10 people that come in he just says stand in line. Why isn't he telling people with checks to go to the atm? 2 tellers every time with 10+ people in line and multiple times I see employees in the rooms with no clients ! My last straw was today when an employee walking around asked me "how can I help you?" I said go behind the window and help them. Not only did she tell me " sir this is a bank?" After i raised my voice like there is a rule for how you can speak there ( like duh it's a bank so what's she doing walking around?) Then she insisted that I CAN WITHDRAW $3000 From an atm! Are you joking? Bye bye to this bank. It's a joke

Ghazaleh Ashabi1Bad customer service. I came here to inquire about temporary debate card since my card is expired and the new one never came in the mail. I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes if I didn't have an appointment. I waited over 90 minutes for a process that takes less than 15 minutes. Three tellers, one person working in a cubicle, and one just wandering around answering general questions. Ridiculous wait time to deal with just 1 customer before me. Unless you want to deposit or withdraw cash, make sure to get an appointment.

Eden L1I came 15 min before 5:00 PM The place was empty, with no customers waiting They refused to give me a service, claiming that they would soon close. I told my arrival before closing time and I wanted to get a service charge named Simon came and told me a pity about the argument that would not happen today. And went and was not willing to hear at all what I had to say or what service I needed. It's really disappointing to know that there are branches that provide bad service to customers.
