  I can't say nothing bad about em ! I take my payments in & that's that ! I get a receipt & carry on wit my day ! My question to da folks that have bad experiences with Lobel is, are you late and or behind and want extra compassion? Cuz literally I have not had one problem with Lobel .

  Liers and crooks I paid off my vehicle and it still shows a lien on it for them when I called to see why they said that I would have to pay for them to remove the lien but yet they have informed there's no lien

  This company is extremely unprofessional. Every call I've made to them regarding my account I was greeted with a undesirable attitude. If you ask to speak with a supervisor they either hang up or say no supervisor is available. I definitely will no longer do business with them or refer anyone. Horrible experience. If I could give negative stars they'd get Negative 5.

  This company has to be worst financial loan company, the representative are very rude and short with customers… They do not respond to request in timely fashion… I would recommend nor do I think this company worthy of 1 star

  I’ve had a loan with them for 4 years now, a few late payments but they always help out! Been to this location once and all of the ladies where really nice and helpful. Glad to have found an understanding company to pay off my first auto loan.

  The absolute worst company ever! I've paid $4,000 on a truck and still have no legal plates on my truck. They screwed up my title, then issued one to a complete stranger. So I still don't know who has the title to my truck that I pay for. Won't return any phone calls. All they want is your money, if you have any problems the only response you get is...we're working on it. I plan to sue this company to get all my money back. The representatives are very rude and hang up on you. But be 1 day late on a payment and they send out people to threaten you. I will sue this company for everything I can and report them to the BBB. Please for God sake do not...I repeat... Do not finance through these lazy worthless people!

  Worst customer service I've ever witnessed in my life. They would call 9+ times a day 2 weeks before the note was due. That's harassment. Waist of my time and money, so I just cut my losses and let them repo. It was a really long year and a half dealing with them. The only reason they got good reviews is their employees are probably getting paid posting reviews.

  I've had my truck for a week now. My loan was approved, and all the paper signed. My down payment was put on the vehicle. $2500 to be exact. I did the entrance interview, and all was well. Well, today I got a call for the dealer I purchased the truck from, (after talking with an agent from lobel this morning) telling me that they missed something on my credit report and that they have decided to pull my loan! How is that even possible?! The contract is signed! I've already invested money into the truck! Never do business with these people! Dishonest crooks!

  Love working with this company. Workers are great, very helpful. I love working with Guillermo Alonso , he is great very helpful answers my email and phone calls very fast , gets my deal funded in 24 hrs. He even helps me out over the weekend even though that the office is closed. All of them are awesome love working with them so much very polite and professional and friendly at the same time

  Best subprime finance company by far. I love Deal Writer , cant believe how easy it is to work a deal. Jessica and Ashley in the Houston branch work all deals to the highest potential. I give them a 5 star for fast funding. Under writing department is always respectful to my customers. The whole team is very polite and helpful. Thank you Lobel !!!
