  I recently opened a checking account at this branch. I had an excellent experience with Blanca Gonzalez. She answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful in the process. Yes there are some wait times but that's to be expected with the government mandate of social distancing. If you go or need help ask for Blanca.

  Make sure you go to Jaqueline Munguia! She explains everything really well and super nice! She taught me so many stuff I did not know about my account. You won’t regret going to her

  I wish I could give it 0 stars. They have the worst customer service ever. They made me wait 2 hours before telling me they couldn't help me! I have been with Bank of America for the past 12 years, but this location and its employees made me close my account and go to wells cargo!!!!!! AVOID it if you can!!

  Worst bank ever. 20 people in line with one teller. Bankers here know NOTHING and just call the 1-800 number and parrot back the info. Do not use this bank.

  Came in to open an account, since we didn’t have an appointment we were informed that the wait might be over an hour. We were seen within 15 mins, Blanca was very informative and helpful! Definitely will be coming back for my financial needs.

  There is no teller at this location, bank of america??? Is this a joke ? Or a bank? And there ever is anyone here, really a huge line of people coming outside the bank, and mind you, the drive through remains closed. This is not a bank its a joke..

  Most of the time there is only one teller behind the glass. The rest are just talking amoung each other. There are super slow.

  Bank of America is showing how much lack of care they have towards their customers. They cut hours at the local branches and I'm sure they cut employees hours because they are taking longer and poor attitude when they finally assist the customers. This stems from the top I'm sure.   I have been banking with Bank of America for 15 plus years and this location is one of the worst. Today I went through the drive-thru and they apparently told me it's closed for lunch, and this place is notoriously bad at having one or two tellers when there are 15 to 20 people waiting in line, so I decided to come back after I ate lunch. I come back an hour later and it's still closed. So I decide to come back yet again after 3 p.m.. Guess what still closed. Forced to go inside I ended up waiting 25 minutes in line to simply deposit something that should have only taken five minutes in the Drive-Thru. Meanwhile, they have a manager who just stands around greeting people instead of actual workers. The entire time I was in line I kept over hearing other people complain about the wait and about the drive-through being closed. Why do I even bank here anymore? On a side note, I once came in to speak to someone face-to-face about questions I had with my account and no one there was able to answer my questions. They essentially just called the corporate number and me on the phone. It's hard not to despise this place more and more Also, notice all 4-5 star reviews say nothing. paid reviews?
