  Daniel and HomeStart team were amazing to work with. They were able to give us a great rate and have everything ready so we could close in 28 days (during the holidays!). It was so nice to be able to call the office and have Colin, Tina, and Daniel all know me by a first name basis. I felt comforted knowing I was more than just a file number to them. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

  Daniel Jara was excellent. I called over 20 companies during the refi process. From the very start, I knew HomeStart Capital was better then the rest. I received amazing customer service. Daniel was always there to answer my questions and I never felt abandoned after starting the process. He and team exceeded my expectations. I even got a better rate and paid less to refi then the original quote. 100% recommended. I'll use them again.

  Amazing Service and Affordable Closing Costs! My husband and I have been looking for a home for the last 2 years. Anything that could have gone wrong kept happening. after putting an offer on our 7th house, our offer was finally accepted. HomeStart Capital took amazing care of us. They were quick to respond and were able to answer any questions or worries we had. I had gotten a quote from another loan company and they didn't even come close to the great service and quote we received from HomeStart. I would recommend anyone who is looking to buy a home to reach out to them. With all of the issues we had finding the house, they made the loan process easy. We closed on our house in a month, which is about 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Daniel, Tina, and Kevin are amazing! Thank you so much for all of your help!

  Fantastic group of people to work with! This is the third mortgage/refinance I’ve done with HSC and every time has been very smooth despite numerous complications with my situation! Also offers very competitive rates and will get you the best price

  Daniel, Colin and Tina are a great team to work with! They displayed incredible patience over the course of the process to secure a loan which took a few months in my case. They gently reminded me when things were due and were always available for any question I might have though there were few as they did a great job anticipating any information I might need. I would highly recommend this group and will definitely look to work with them again in future!

  Working with Daniel, Tina and their team was a tremendous pleasure. Tina, the loan processor was on top of everything and we were able to close on our home a week earlier than the date on the contract. Additionally, Daniel would check in weekly during the process to ensure everything was going well and see if we had any questions. After we closed, he call again to walk us through all of the documents to double check that we understood everything. It was top notch client service the whole way.   Daniel is what I would refer to as presidential. He's calm under pressure, willing to answer any and all (even seemingly silly) questions, articulate, punctual and very transparent. As someone who really wants to understand and learn throughout a process like this, Daniel Jara was incredibly supportive and willing to accommodate. He was consistently available throughout the whole process. Truly a professional!! 10/10 would recommend working with Daniel!!
