  I own a condo in downtown Milwaukee and used Loans 4 Homes (Beau Bergman) to refinance my mortgage. Beau was able to get my interest rate down by 2% and provided me with constant support every step of the way. He was very helpful in providing different mortgage options and keeping the process moving. The whole refinance process was very simple and took less time than I expected. Beau provided great service and I don’t doubt that he was able to get me the best loan possible. I would highly recommend Loans 4 Homes to others looking to refinance a mortgage or get their first mortgage. Thanks again, Beau!

  Beau and Deb did an incredible job with my refinance for my wife and I. We waited until the time was right and locked in at a historic low rate. If you even think for a second your mortgage is too high it would be worth giving Deb and Beau a call.
