  I have banked here for the last ten years and could not be more impressed with all three locations in and around Oconomowoc, I personally have had great experiences at all locations,, The one closest to I-94 of Summit Ave is a outstanding location. The manager Sally has gone above and beyond and shows great professionalism. Also every teller working at that location always greets with smile and great attitude! 5 Stars!

  After telling us they service their own mortgages they immediately sold our mortgage to Suntrust. We wanted a mortgage with a local bank not a huge corporation and now we have a mortgage with a bank where we're just a number that doesn't even have an office within 500 miles. Update: things are even worse. Suntrust is awful. I am having a horrible experience with my mortgage.

  Great customer service and they aren't always trying to up sell you! I needed a new debit card and they set me up immediately with no waiting! Love the downtown Oconomowoc branch the best!
