  Just WOW. My Husband and I were referred to Summit by some friends for a HELCO for some home projects. The HELOC process was super easy and fast! Fast forward a few months, we received a call from Megan Snyder at the Oconomowoc branch, asking how things were going and talking through some of our financial goals with us. She came to us with proactive solutions to help us get to our goals that we never would have thought of. By restructuring some of our debt we are saving a TON in interest, paying down CCs faster, and not touching our 401Ks or home equity like we were originally planning. Super impressed by the customer service and the attention we received. 25 years with another credit union and we have never had experience like this before. Looking forward to a long relationship with Summit.

  I'm looking to open a business account for my smaller business I just started also a personal account as well. I'm done with my bank we go through now for years. I'm just hoping this bank is going to be the right choice I'll switch the STAR STATUS once I open an account 😊

  Switched from Landmark to Summit due to business banking and we are very glad we did. We even moved our personal banking over and it has been a smooth transition. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Summit is more accommodating and business friendly then landmark and they seem to value the client relationship as much as the banking.

  Extremely terrible experience with Summit throughout the pandemic. Given the global pandemic, we would have thought that SCU, like other credit unions that we do business with, would have been flexible and willing to assist however they could. Unfortunately, we were extremely wrong. Summit wasn't willing to budge even a little. Their corporate staff is a joke, with no compassion towards customers and overall, they're mostly rude. We are grateful to finally be out of Summit, regardless of the costs. Do yourself a favor and partner with a credit union that doesn't act like a corporate bank and actually gives you that at home credit union experience that you deserve.

  Megan was awesome to work with on getting two car loans completed for us. While she was out of the office the day we needed to close with the paperwork she gave us the name of the person(Rachell) that would continue the process with us. Great customer service and personal which are qualities needed when working with customer. As a manager I would love them on my team! Thank you

  Fantastic group of people who are more than willing to help you out! Specifically, Chad Johnson, was very helpful and patient in answering questions we had regarding our first home loan. Highly recommend reaching out to him if you're interested in loans or refinancing.

  Fantastic bank. Everything is made easy. I opened and account and got a much needed auto loan without hassle. Everything was explained to me in great detail. I'm glad I left my old bank and came to to this one. In house card printing is amazing.

  Limited banking hours for those who work until 5pm, corporate is rude and not held accountable, will not take members with prior bad credit (relative's situation), and was an overall negative experience with my own car loan through them. Never again
