  Bree was awesome!! She was so nice and helpful, she explained to me in great detailed about the loan and how it works. I was very worried to get a loan and she made it so easy and my worries went away. Any questions or concerns that I had she responded right away. I’m so happy with the services that Bree provided.   I am a returning customer and it’s been awhile since I’ve been back but A worker By the name of Danitza Was extremely helpful’ quick at helping me and kind! She made my visit fast and easy and did a great job at customer service no doubt about it! I highly recommend customers her need a loan to head on down to loan max and speak with danitza or her fellow co worker. These women were both very friendly’ hard working and polite !   Bre, was very professional I love the way she handled everything I came in several times wasn't ready and the final day when I did come in she just pulled out the paper and had everything ready for me which made everything go faster I would just like to say keep up the good work ladies and especially with this time of year handled yourself very well I recommend many to this place..

  Was great service and fast about it when I talk to the ladies. When I continue coming back for loans they lack common sense and refuse a $200 add on to a existing loan of $1246 which was approved for $1500. Since I have a loan out on the vehicle with them already, they insisted on see the vehicle again. Which is in south Tucson and I am north. I can collect the money for parts if I head down to south Tucson but prefer to use what is closer Loan Max. No service and poor management decision. Find a Loan service that knows your history and treat u better. DO NOT GO to Loan Max on Broadway and Tucson better service else where. Avoid Bree the Manager, lack common sense and waste your time explaining something you already know. I go back to pay off the loan and was counting out the $1085. Smart Bree decides to collect the money as I was laying it out to make sure I do not over pay. Who does that! When someone is counting, you politely wait till they are done. The super smart Bree thinks otherwise.
