  It was so easy to work with Brian West. I loved the ease of the digital documents and signing. But they sold my info to their “partners” and I received hundreds of spam emails for weeks until I finally unsubscribed to them all. They still pop up every now and then.

  I’ve closed several loans with Brian and he is the best! His knowledge is incredible and he is extremely professional. He’s up front about what he’s going to need so there are no last minute surprises. He makes the home buying process easy!!

  Ashley Osheel is the best. She worked with me to get the best cash out...and she kept me from being defrauded by another person...Michael tried to steal my account from Ashley and tried to put me into an ARM and that would have screwed me over 5 yrs from now...he did that trying to get a higher commission...Ashley knows her stuff...thank you Ashley for saving the situation

  A very professional and knowledgeable team with turnkey processing and a website interface that is easy to use. I had Loan Depot as my lender when I initially purchased my home. I had such a good experience and then my loan was sold off to PennyMac. The experience was night and day. As soon as I could get back to Chioki and his team at Loan Depot I did with a better interest rate to boot. Thanks!
