      This has been "our" credit union longer than I can say--back to the 80's, at least? They've always been great. I do virtually all my transactions with them online now and have never had a single problem. Did a home equity loan with them, a car loan, and a personal line of credit. Don't need the loans anymore, but still pleased doing checking and savings.

      This has been my go to branch for probably the last 20 years. My banking needs are fairly simple but I'm always able to get in easily without any fuss without any fuss and get out quickly. On those few occasions when I do need a more complex service service I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to let's to get somebody in management to do something.

      We had made an appointment a day in advance as we were considering moving our business account. We arrived, the bank was not very busy. There was no one there to greet you, nor could you see anyone other than the teller behind glass. When we found an employee at her desk, she jumped up and asked what she can help with. We informed her we had an appointment and her response was "a lot of people have appointments." She ran to the back to try and find someone. Another employee came out of the back and proceeded to her desk. We continued to wait until we realized this bank is incapable of basic customer service.

      Love everyone I've dealt with, and their rates are better than most others I've found for loans. I've been with them for probably 20 years now, had my first "new car" loan with them, free checking for ages, and now will probably be doing our second-ever car loan with them as well. Not crazy about how they award "points" for having tons of cash in savings and loans with them, it sort of tries to incentive something that may not be in an individuals best interest financially.

      My Dad has passed away and both the branches I have had to deal with are like a treadmill - just gives you the run around. People are nice enough but they have no idea what to do when someone passes. They froze his account even when we had a living will and talked to them and an employee ensured us they wouldn't. Causing several drafts to bounce. We want the account left open and now they atte trying to transfer it to me - terrible experience for a large credit union I would expect more in this day of "solutions" employees can all access. The financial company (Raymond James) they recommend is even worse- can't even get anyone who carn find his account. All around a terrible experience. BTW, I would have understood if they told us this would have happened...I get they have processes and procedures my concern is their employees seem to not follow their procedures. PS thanks to Matt for spending a quantity of time to unravel things

      So sad that the local credit union we all knew and trusted has turned on its members. They are only about collecting fees even if it means placing a hold on a check from another member and not being able to "verify funds" from another desert financial account for 3 days and letting transactions that were made 3 days later go threw before releasing the funds just to make sure they can steal money. How horrible, seriously thats only the start. How do you sleep at night. Billie jo garland took it upon herself to open an account in our name without our permission after she refused to file a dispute for us against a fraudulent gym account. We still wait to be reimbursed as they blatently continued to let money be stolen from our account for years after I originally notified them. When I said I did not open this gym account I was told by billie jo yes you did and there is no way to stop it. I even filed a claim with the bbb but somehow Billie Jo was adamant that I signed up for this account. We left the branch and in the mail a couple of days later we get an account statement with a new checking and savings account both with a zero balance that we did not open. Somehow the payments stoped but we still have not been reimbursed all that money we are out by the fraudulent gym and desert financials negligence. Billie jo had said she wouldnt be able to help me because I did not have my id so how was she able to open an account in my name? Its a good thing I keep copies of everything because this does not seem legal.

      What a joke you are. Trying to buy an airline ticket in Europe. Called, transferred 6 times to India and back. Asked to verify myself 6 different times. Over 1 hour on the phone only to be told to call back Monday. Incompetence at every corner.
