  Ben is truly the best mortgage broker you will find. He is patient, kind and quickly responds to phone calls and texts. He helped me get to the closing table in 20 days with a conventional loan, and I got a great interest rate. After I closed, I got cold feet and he was supportive of my needs. He was there for me the entire process. You won’t regret going with him!

  Ben and Jewel are a great team for home financing, and I highly recommend them. They are knowledgeable, easy to work with, responsive, and as professional as can be. Though I hope I don't need to move again any time soon, if I do I will be calling Ben for financing.

  Ben Allred and his team at waterstone mortgage are a big reason why i’m a first time homeowner. they were very professional and friendly. Ben and his team were always fast to respond day or night and readily available for any of the many questions i had throughout the process. after the dust settled and i had closed on the home, Ben continues to be of great assistance, leaving me feeling very unlike a ‘number’ and much like a valuable customer. i highly recommend Ben and his team.

  My girlfriend and I recently purchased our first home in late 2020 with the help of Ben Allred. We were initially very intimidated to start the process as we had already tried to work with several mortgage brokers who were less than helpful. From the very beginning, Ben took the time to answer all of our questions via both email and phone. He was incredibly timely with his responses and was very knowledgeable about different scenarios and programs that would benefit us. When we wanted to close on the house 3 days early to accommodate our schedule, Ben and Waterstone worked hard and made it happen!   Ben has been our Mortgage guy for finance of one property and re-finance of another. Both times he and his team have done a excellent job leading us through the whole process. Always available for answers to questions and very quick in his response, even on weekends. He made what could typically be a somewhat nerve racking process very easy and relaxing. we have bought a number of properties over the last 20+ years and Ben and his team by far out performed all of them. Thanks Ben for everything. We will call when we are ready for yet another adventure.

He worked day and night with us to make sure we had everything ready before our closing day.   I am a new home buyer. I had zero experience in all matters of a transaction of this magnitude, and I wasn't sure whom to trust, what was most important in finding a lender, or how I could proceed w/ this entire process while working full-time as a single woman and only having ~6wks to make everything happen. I was referred to Ben Allred by my realtor, Archie Dean, who assured me that I would not be disappointed if I talked to Ben. I had met with two other lenders, and I was more confused than when I had started. Ben took the time to patiently and kindly walk me through the process and help break down the concepts so that I, as a lay person by all means, could understand exactly what was involved in purchasing a home. From the very first conversation, Ben made me feel comfortable and confident that I could trust his expertise and professionalism, and he proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that working with him and his team was one of the best decisions in the home purchasing process that I could have made.
