  Ben and Jewel did an incredible job managing our refi. It turned out to be more complicated than we had originally thought and they patiently helped navigate the changes. They kept us informed, went to bat for us, answered all of our questions and helped us maximize our financial gain during the process. I would use them again and recommend Waterstone without hesitation!

  Ive used waterstone twice now and both times have been great experiences. Huge shoutout to Ryan, Stephanie, and Amber for being professional and extremely responsive throughout the process. The most recent mortgage had some hiccups through no fault of Waterstone and they came up with solutions quick and efficiently. Highly recommend!

  The staff of Waterstone Mortgage Corporation is spectacular! I specifically worked with Ben Allred, Martha, and Jan. Ben is so knowledgeable in this field. He assisted me as a first time home-buyer, giving me different options and leading me through the process, which he worked diligently to get us into a new house! His team was so professional, caring, and easy to reach. I am beyond grateful for all the dedication and hard work from his team!

  Ryan, Amber, and Stephanie were amazing to work with on my refinance. They were all very prompt and personable as well as made the process seamless. Ryan was there every step of the way to answer any questions I had, no matter what time of day it was. I felt very well taken care of, and he was very transparent and clear with all the numbers. I have been taken advantage in the past with financial dealings, so I greatly appreciated his calm and honest nature. He also gave me the best rate out there. Thank you again Ryan, Amber, and Stephanie. I’m excited for this new mortgage payment!

  We had the privilege of working with Waterstone when purchasing our home. We worked with Ben Allred, who is half part magician and other half amazing! His team was super thorough and efficient, keeping us updated through each step of the process. Family and friends warned us that the process of getting a mortgage was a nightmare, and that we should expect it to take up to 2 months. Ben had us to the point of closing in about 20 days. Would recommend Ben to anyone looking to get into a home! We’re forever grateful for his competency!

  They are the most absolute unprofessional group of people I’ve ever dealt with. We were supposed to close and days before they all acted like they had No idea what was going on including information on the house we were buying. We were dealing with one person and not until WE called did we find out that she was No Longer working our case. The Guy they had us dealing with knew nothing about our house, closing date and was only worried about us giving him a good review. Clearing no communication between any of them. Their Customer Service is the worst. Then sent us a letter to Refinance and when we called to get more information they basically could not be bothered to answer our questions or concerns.

  Waterstone Mortgage was able to clear to close our loan from underwriting within 14 days - yes, 14 days. And without any hiccups. Our loan originator, Nathan, loan processor, Cindy, and loan assistant, Brook, were extremely efficient, kind, and clear in what they needed from my wife and I. Their communication was linear and easy to follow with clear and realistic timelines; all of which were met or exceeded. Obtaining a loan can be stressful. Waterstone Mortgage through their excellent customer service made the process less stressful. The rate they provided was excellent with ultra clear transparency. Extremely happy we found this mortgage company that simply blew my family’s mind.

  Michael Radcliffe with Waterstone mortgage helped me purchase my first home. He had helped me get the loan process rolling right before Halloween and by November 26th, I had the keys to my first home. He worked effortlessly to ensure my questions were answered and my mind was at ease. Stress free is how I would explain his level of service! Excellent service!!!! Top Notch!! Above and beyond!!!

  Bill, Jamie, Colby and Laurie made it for a quick and stress free refinance. This is the second time I have used Waterstone and will continue to in the future.
