  Chris is an exceptional loan officer. Family issues dictated that I take out a mortgage on my house and close the transaction as quickly as possible. Chris was wonderful from the start. As with all businesses, customer service is the mark of any good company. All companies espouse it, most unfortunately give it only lip service and don't really know how to build and maintain it, and at the foundation of it is people like Chris who understand and practice it. You should be pleased to have him. I hope your company understands that recognition of this type of performance is a powerful way to build on it.

  Chris Gonzales has made this process so easy during such a challenging time! He is kind and understanding. I spoke to five different loan officers prior to meeting with Chris. All the others were uninformed, inpatient, and rude. Chris was the complete opposite of those I spoke to prior. He made the process easy to understand and always available to answer all my questions. I am SO grateful for Chris and will 100% recommend him to friends and family.
