  I had the pleasure of working with Matthew and Michael Hakim on my refinance. Not only did they get me an incredibly low rate, but the process was seamless and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The communication by the whole team at Loan X was top notch and they were straightforward throughout the entire process. I was able to close very quickly and there were never any hiccups or delays.   Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness I had an excellent experience working with David Girjis and the Loan X Mortgage team. I was unsure whether or not a refinance was in my best interest. . David helped me decide which loan rate would best meet my financial needs He explained the process step and step and answered any questions in a timely manner.
