Price was super competitive relative to other lenders I shopped simultaneously. Easy document upload process and quick responses by all. Would highly recommend Rockwood. Brokers are better!

  I would highly recommend Rocky to anyone in need of a lender. To close on my dream home as a first time home buyer I needed a lender who could not only support me on a short timeline, but also be able to explain each part of the process in a way that I could understand and make an informed decision. Rocky was able to do just that...and so much more. Rocky advised me every step of the way and made thoughtful recommendations when I needed some expert advice. I honestly think not one of my calls went unanswered, no matter what time of the morning or night I called him. He always made himself available to ensure I had an incredible client experience, even for the smallest request. It felt like he was investing in my home the way he cared for me and celebrated with me on closing day...almost as if he was the one buying his dream home.   Rocky made my first time home buying experience excellent. Any questions or concerns I had about anything he was happy to answer anytime of the day and always steered me in the right direction. From getting my credit right to breaking down things in a way I actually understood he really knows his stuff! If you're looking to get into a beautiful home I would definitely not go anywhere else but through him. He genuinely cares and makes it easy and as less stressful as possible.
