  Loan Warehouse is an amazing company not only have they taken care of my refinance and home loan purchase in record time but they also took care of my father's refinance. My father was strung along by another company for 8 months who neglected to close his loan. Once we reached out to Dean he immediately took action and closed his loan in 2 weeks.   As a first-time homebuyer, I was hesitant to begin the home buying process. Luckily, I was put into contact with Ricardo Rico at Loan Warehouse, who helped me apply and get qualified for a loan before even looking at the market. This all made things so much easier because when I found what I liked I was ready to put in an offer. This process could have been very overwhelming but I am so fortunate to have had Ricardo’s help.
