  Sarah Rowan began the process and then the entire staff at the Fort Collins office worked so well together - they made purchasing my dream property a reality…it’s a Blessing we do not take lightly! I was a Realtor for many years and can honestly say I never worked with a more professional and experienced team before - they were that good!!! I am self employed and it was a jumbo loan so those loans are not easy to get done but they made it work with an amazingly low interest rate/terms and low closing costs too… I will certainly use them and refer them for ANY future needs. Nothing but first class service!

  Sarah is the best. We've refinanced our house with her 3 times now to capture lower interest rates and she has been great each time. Very responsive to phone calls and questions, and all loans closed as expected. We'll never use anyone else!

  We bought our first home using Loan Simple. Our situation was extremely complicated and they made the ride so much easier! They worked with us for endless hours, which resulted us in buying our dream home for our family that we never thought would be possible. Very professional and always highly responsive!!   I see a lot of good reviews and fully expected that to be our experience; however, it definitely wasn't. Many dropped balls, miscommunication, untimely and a feeling on our part that they were doing us a favor just dealing with us. Clearly their preferred mode of communication is by text or email because they are too busy to answer legitimate customer questions that someone going through the refinance process would typically have. I'm not sure if they are just overloaded with work or burned out, but I couldn't recommend them to reasonable people that we care about as we would hate for what happened to us to happen to them.

  Loan Simple is a great lending company. They have a team of experts that make each transaction go smooth and fast! We are real estate investors and have bought different properties through Loan Simple. Sarah Rowan is my favorite because she is fast, knowledgeable and someone you can trust. They will even come to your house to explained all costs and pick up documents. the first time I used them they assured me they can close in 30 days...and hey did! Every time they stick to their word with rates and prices for each of my transactions. I personally recommend using them for your next real estate transaction.

  Matt Pedersen has been amazing, our first home went smoothly even though it was our first home and I had a commission job, refinancing that home, also seamless, buying our next home, no problems, even with a new job and income changes, and then, most recently refinancing that home was the most painless process of the 4 I've had with Matt Pedersen and Loan Simple. Amazing! Matt, Kelly Minert (who helped through this last refinance), and Loan Depot are our go to go at this point!

  Loan Simple is hands down the best loan company! I used them for a home loan and 2 different refinances. They work around the clock to make sure you get the best loan possible! They will work with you on your credit prior to getting a loan as well so you can get your score as high as possible and approve for better rates and loan options. The few I had the pleasure of working with went above and beyond the call of duty! You can tell they really care about getting you the best loan possible and it just gives you a great piece of mind you are going to be taken care of!

  Simply the best lender. I was prequalified in 1 day and had real person to guide me step by step through one of the biggest purchases of my life. I compared their rate and closing costs to 3 other lenders they were by far the lowest! I am so happy I chose Loan Simple because I know I got the best deal and exceptional personal service.

  I didn't know why it required 2 people to work on our loan because it caused several miscommunication issues throughout. And why were income tax returns requested right before closing are included in some issues we had. I intend to let the corporate office know about this as well. Maybe some agent retraining would be in order. Kim Beirne did all she could to help, but I was not pleased with my experience overall.
