  My honest experience was not too pleasant. My accountant ran numbers from my contract & realized that Tandem was actually charging me 12% interest instead of the 3.7% I was told. How is this mistake made? After experiencing an “attitude” like tone via email from the gentleman (yes I called him out on it) for even questioning him/the contract, we finally got him to send the contract for review & get a loan amortization JUST to have him email back & apologize to my accountant for the “oversight”/negligence & have it amended to the correct 3.7% rate. I don’t care how many contracts they were dealing with or how busy they were at the time, this is a HUGE financial move for some people & for this to be a careless move, was disheartening. How many others don’t even know what they are being charged? What if my accountant didn’t catch this?? Make sure you review EVERYTHING before you sign.

He communicated well and keep me informed on the customers status and where there were on the time frame to finalizing the deal. Great Finance Company to work with.   The customer service was incredible. Within 90 minutes of filling out my application I had an approval quote. 24 hours later my loan was completed and funds released to buy the equipment my spa needed. I dealt with three people and all of them were concerned about my needs and extremely accommodating.
