  Tucker is very knowledgeable and was patient with us through the entire process. We had so many questions and he was able to answer them timely. He was also available when we had urgent questions. I don’t want to move again but if I ever do, I would definitely go back to Tucker. Highly recommended!

  Best lender in Hampton Roads! Tucker had an insider level of knowledge of the Norfolk area that led us to the perfect property before it had even been listed! When we decided to apply for a loan, Tucker had an aggressively competitive nature as he fought to quote a ridiculously low rate and earn our business. We shopped several local lenders, as well as nation-wide lenders such as USAA and Chase, and Tucker persistently worked with my wife and I until he proposed a deal nobody could come close to, let alone match! As a local lender, our realtor (and the seller’s realtor) were very pleased as they could quickly dial a 757 number and get questions answered immediately. Without Tucker, I truly believe our closing experience would have been wrought with untimeliness and errors. Present at the closing table, he fought to save us money all the way until the end, reorganizing our deal at the very last minute to clear a cost - one that we would have innocently signed for had he not made us aware of a clerical error. Honest, friendly, quick to communicate, and a shoe-in lender for our future Norfolk home.

  I got to say i had an amazing experience with Tucker. I’ve bought properties in the past and this is the first time I’ve dealt w my lender on such a one on one basis. He was there whenever i needed him or had any questions mon-fri. Absolutely above and beyond. And i would also like to mention Leslie Kirkley, Tucker’s assistant... She also went above and beyond with me. Always with a great attitude. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
