  Great experience Sam and his assistant Kelsey are great people to work with. Both very knowledgeable in the mortgage business and always answer calls, emails , or text in a timely manner if not immediately.   I have used Jason for multiple home sales, purchases and refinances since 2013. Jason never fails to impress with his knowledge, guidance, timeliness and service every single time I have used him. He is well versed in all facets of the finance industry. From the start with the pre-approval process until after the closing, he and his staff were extremely supportive and helpful, and always maintained a high level of professionalism with a personal touch.   I was working with Paul Vennable. Applied, and got approved. Paul said he would need to check with his underwriters about something on my report and call me back... that was in November. Literally never heard from this guy again except for him spamming my emails. 10/10 would not recommend.
