  Chris was always available to answer any questions we could come up with, and would highly recommend him and his team for any of your needs. Covid made paperwork harder and easier, but he would follow up with any updates or needed documents as quickly as possible. Being first time homeowners, we had plenty of questions and an absolute lack of knowledge, but Chris and his team helped us quickly, knowledgeably and professionally.

  I mostly worked with John Bovie who was exceptional throughout the ENTIRE process. From the very beginning, we developed a amicable rapport, and John eagerly answered every question I had. I’m a person that loves detailed explanations and John was never bothered and instead devoutly enthusiastic about meeting that need and addressing any concern or confusion I had throughout this process, which was often being that I was a first time homebuyer. They were the 3rd lenders that I worked, and they honored the incentives (closing cost assistance grant) that I received from my previous lender, on top of the incentive I received from the seller so I ended up paying absolutely nothing at closing and instead walked away with money given to me! I used to think buying a home was an overwhelming and daunting process, but that wasn’t my experience at all working NewTowne. My process was swift, smooth and efficient. I understand why my seller had them as their preferred lender because they’re BOMB at what they do, and I, myself, would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone and everyone in need of a home loan officer. Thanks NewTowne for such a phenomenal experience. You left a great impression of what an ideal home buying experience should and could be like. You are the blueprint.

  Chris is an awesome genuine straight forward kind of guy!
