  Very, very efficient. We closed our refinance in 30 days. Katie was our initial contact. Her associates were very helpful too. We were guided every step of the way via online on the entire process. Thank goodness, their software is user friendly. Overall, very happy with them.

  I've refinanced numerous times. Whenever I talk about shopping around, I make sure that I have the SAME COMPARISON among 10 loan officers providing what I set. No Point, No Fee, No Prepayment Penalty, No Closing Cost (A + B + C + E + Lender Credit = 0) When you lack the right knowledge, skill, or understanding, you might have a difficult time. Almost all lenders have the same competitive rate and fee. However, of the 10 I compared, only 3 offered the same rate with a small fee/credit difference. You can only get that from these lenders if you have built a solid relationship with them. In no time at all, I saw Loan Factory, the only UNIQUE company out there with such a transparent rate/fee that outbid all of the 10 lenders I contacted. I feel like it's too good to be true. I became skeptical about how true those reviews are after seeing so many 5-stars-reviews. I save time and hassle by comparing their rate with those of the 10, since the interest rate is different from those of the 10. (This conclusion can only be drawn after I collect data from 10 loan officers) Upon finding out about their method of running the process, I immediately call them and start the process. In the 1st day, I had an unpleasant experience with one of their loan officers (which doesn't match with my expectation), so I contacted their management, and they immediately offered a new loan officer to assist me. 1. They are proactive in resolving issues. 2. Consistently updating what to expect throughout the process 3. It does not take much effort to get the best rate - saving time 4. There is definitely a reason why they earn so many 5-star ratings - well deserved. 5. Closed within 17 days from Rate Locked (Appraisal waived) Having said that, I am extremely satisfied and impressed with the way the business is run and the incredible interest rate offered. I am glad that I took the leap of faith and try them out. They delivered all said promise! Thanks to their team - Freya, Jaden, Nhung and Thuan
