  I am a regular customer at Best Collateral in San Jose and I want to let everyone know that this is not your typical pawnshop! I have a very pleasant experience every time I visit and come to browse and shop. As soon as I walk through the door I was greeted by their friendly employees Helena and Marco. This week, I started looking at their Jewelry and Helena informed me of a promotion they had going on and gave me an ad to take home. She also showed me some designer sunglasses and a Michael Kors handbag. Marco is always eager to show me new items in the store such as laptops and Bluetooth speakers and the latest tech stuff. If I have a question...Leo the manager is very knowledgeable and professional- he answers any questions I may have with informative facts about their products and why I should purchase them. It is very hard to come here without buying something because they have great deals on everything. If your bored at home and looking for something fun to do...come over and check this place out!

  If I can give this place 10 stars I will totally will. I feel so welcome each time I stop by….Marco, Helena and Leo are very polite and friendly….it’s very hard to find so nice and professional people in one business….Marco and Leo are the best to deal with…..I’m so glad that I found this place. Fast transactions, good deals… I will definitely come back ALWAYS😊 100% recommended.

  They are great people. They are fair and straight forward with you. Marco who works there is my go to when I go in coolest broker I've met. I buy and sell here regularly.

  Saw the camera listing on craigslist and contacted Leo (general manager) of this place. Leo is very helpful and understanding. The item is in brand new condition and price is great. 5 star service. A+++

  I walked in today with a gruen 14k wrist watch and 50 silver coins I was told we don't buy silver coins and $15 on the watch wow the same watch on ebay is $200 selling on ebay that's where I'm going
