      I had done a pawn sometime in March of 2019. There was a. car accident in early 3June that left me in a coma for 3 weeks. I contacted them and explained what had happened and was told not to worry about my item.It was another 5 month before I was able to do a pick up. It was a reasonable amount above the pawn amount, and my situation was not taken advantage of.

      Worst pawn ever , called and asked if they buy certain items and they said yes. I went on a big trip to get there and they said "we don't buy those" I don't recommend this pawn to anyone .

      Worst experience ever, they were rude, unreasonable and filthy. Do not waste your time here. Not only is it in a bad part of town they just rip off anybody who is down and out. Smucks..

      They don't buy anything they say they do on their website. If you want to sell something or are in need of money in hard times don't go to this place. The most unhelpful unclear and unprofessional pawn shop I've ever been to!

      They gave me more for my gold than the other place I used to go to. I will only come here now.They were very friendly, fast and secure. I got a lot more for my gold here then any other place I went to, I will definitely be returning. Melissa R

      They state very clearly on their website that they take instruments but when I walked in the store they said they do not. Besides this, the store looked quite sparse as they say they now only deal with jewelry and tools.
