  I had some challenges with my account and visited the branch and spoke with Helena a relationship banker. She was knowledgeable and provided me with the right support. A follow up call by the branch Manger Ahmed, was welcoming. A great community bank that serves its purpose.

  Burke and Herbert has been my personal and business bank for over 10 years! Amit and Ezmaray (all the employees actually) at the Falls Church branch have taken care of all of my banking needs and sometimes on short time constraints! I highly recommend! I use to bank at the Annandale branch when it was closer for me and they were great too! You get a personal relationship and so much more than if you banked with a big bank, where you are just an acct number and no one knows the person that can make decisions! Love B&H!

  My son and I had a great experience at the Falls Church brach of B&H. Amit, the branch manager, greeted us at the door and quickly took us to his office to replace a lost brach card. Despite the stressful (for us) circumstance, Amit took care of the issue quickly and reassuringly. Even made a funny joke which we appreciated!

  the one whom helped me today was helen, i came in for a notary and when she ask about the document i told her its was a copy not the original. because i messed up. she said she cant notary it. that would be fine to me leave it at that. but she running around with my document asking for advice of the manager . i'm fine with that. i don't have a problems with their policy at all. however she didn't listen to what i told her about the document and asking me to let her see original and told me "i Can't notary it" that's just a waste of time why would you ask me to see the document for then.

  I love this branch. The staff are friendly and welcoming from top to bottom. After experiencing the best customer service I've ever received from a bank when opening my business accounts, my family and I immediately switched to them for our personal accounts. I will never consider banking with anybody else. I highly recommend this branch for personal and business banking.

  Friendly staff and great customer service. Moved from a larger bank over a year ago and only regret was not doing it sooner.
