  Loan Factory recently has helped me borrow mortgage loan for my 2 houses in Melbourne, Florida in the last few months. I couldn’t have 2 smooth , fast and easy transactions without Nhien Tran and Thanh Dao. At the first transaction, I had only 12 days left to close the deal on time because I had to change loan broker due to my previous one gave me a very high interest rate ( Caliber Home loan- not recommend this lender). Nhien and Thanh made it happened! Yes, we closed Escrow in 12 days! Due to 3 hours different between CA and FL , Thanh had to start working at 6 am in the morning so he could make this happen to me. It was unbelievable! I can’t thank them enough! They are both amazing. For the second one which I just closed Escrow and got my key on Nov 8, it was just a piece of cake since they had all my information and documents. We closed 10 days earlier than contract date. The seller was extremely impressed and gave me $3500 credit.😅 Strongly recommend Loan Factory.

  Loan factory had helped me to closed two houses. Tuan Tran from loan factory in Atlanta Georgia and his team helped me to closing my house in 3 weeks. Tuan Tran he treated his client like the way he wants to be treated. He worked on my files even though he was on his vacation.   After shopping for a reputable Loan company to Refinance my home I decided to work with the Loan Factory who offered not only a low Interest Rate but also promised to find low Closing costs. The Loan Officer I worked with was extremely patient with me when issues needed to be resolved and acted in a Professional and knowledgeable manner. I am happy to say that I finalized the Loan with both the low Interest rate and the very low Closing costs that were promised I would definitely recommend the Loan Factory
