  I've been using Alex and Capital Fundings for all types of deals for years. Most other lenders advertise super low rates to get you in the door, then they slam you with fee after fee after fee. Their fees have fees. With Capital Fundings I ALWAYS understand exactly what I'm paying because they are upfront and don't have any of that junk. Easy to understand rates, prompt responses, great customer service...I can't sing their praises enough. They are extremely helpful and have really assisted me in growing my business. Look no further, you found your lender!

  Amazing company they have funded several properties of mine and a few friends. I have had other lenders let me down and they have NOT once let me down. They got me funded me in 3 days when my other lender failed to close 2 times. I only recommend them.

  We first loaned our Money with Alex over two years ago. We liked the concept of a high interest-rate short term loan that’s backed by actual property. The process is actually simple, and required very little of our time to have solid stream of passive income. After working with several other companies, Alex Megan and Vanessa are amazing to work with, and always accessible for info and questions. Small things like getting back to you ASAP, clean statements and a high degree of deal vetting is is a big deal for us. After seeing our 4 mortgage satisfied, we felt comfortable to do several more which we currently have. Hope to do business for many many years to come. Highly recommend capital funding.

  I need to find a new investor some hard money for an investment property. I called Capital Funding and gave them the property address and my buyers number they took it from there. Alex from Capital Funding communicated with me as needed & the whole transaction was smooth and uncomplicated. My buyer was thrilled and as a matter of fact just ran into her at Ace Hardware last week. My buyer was happy I am happy...great experience! Highly recommend.
