  My husband and I moved from Tampa to Orlando and the Bustamante team made the trasition seamless. Rose, our agent, found us our dream home.   If you are looking for "world class" customer service....LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. Listing my home with ABT was the biggest mistake. Our listing agent had little concern for us as sellers. No guidance, poor communication and overall arrogant attitude left a very bitter taste in my mouth for this company. I had to seek advice from other agents in order to feel better about the decisions I had to make. At closing, I discovered that huge mistakes had been made within the contract. I don't even think he looked at the contract before it was presented. If he had shown up for the actual closing I could have addressed all these things in person, however, this company that prides itself on "world class" customer service didn't feel it was necessary to show up to closing. As we pulled out of the parking lot, I was pleased to see that our listing agent was sitting in his car in the office parking lot👍 so great job showing up. Thankfully, The Title Team did an incredible job of fixing the numerous mistakes made in the contract. I ended up losing out on over $1500 but was happy to be done with the whole ordeal. I will never make the same mistake again. Buying and selling a home with the same company did not yield the smooth results I believed it would. The only silver lining was our Buying Agent, Rose. She has incredible customer service skills and is the real deal. Ask for her when buying a home! My overall advice for the ABT is probably to spend less money on advertising and more money on customer service training for your listing agent team; take a few pointers from Rose. For anyone looking for a listing agent...look elsewhere.
