  Appointment 1:45 PM notary needed among other things. As it turned out my appointment wasn't final until 4:30. Jordan patiently assessed me to the fullest. I hurt my right hand therefore were not able to rewrite my statement. As Jordan helped with that, I'm so appreciative an thankful to this young man. Thank God, as needed this information needed to get out today. Jordan Barrott again thanks truly you can't understand how you've made me feel as a valued customer. You are a exception to this company God bless you, wouldn't have been able to take care of this without you. Never rushed me answered all questions I must say you are phenomenal. Employers like you makes it worth banking with Addition financial. 10 star for me, just an unbelievable experience today.

  I had a unique situation where I had to set up a trust account and I was at my second residence, out of town. Lilly, worked very hard to make it all happen. This type of service is why I have been with this bank for more than 20 years.

  The team at the Mills branch have the right combination of professional and personable. In my life - and former job - I have the opportunity to visit a number of branches due to proximity and need in the moment. All take care of my needs which is why I have always stayed with Addition Financial. However, when possible, I will drive the extra mile(s) to go to this branch for my immediate need.   Great service and positive attitudes are the two best qualities to have in a credit union or bank and Addition Financial on Mills always brings both to the table! Lilly helped me refinance my auto loan with Addition and she was clear, concise, and positive every step of the way. Mills Ave is my favorite location for loan services.

  This is the umpteenth time I've had an issue with my card for a site that I was previously able to make a purchase on and this time they decided to completely cancel my card. After taking almost a whole 24 hours to respond to my help ticket I was told I have to get a new card. Unfortunately I spend all my time working from home and looking after my father with diabetes, dimentia, and is disabled and I am unable to even safely leave him alone for an hour without planning ahead to find time to have someone else come look after him. At any point in time there could be an emergency or instead of having someone take time out of their day to let me run errands I need access to my card. The only option they give you when cancelling your card is to head down to the nearest branch to get an immediate card (which I cannot do as the closest to my house is at least an hour away and I do not have a personal mode of transportation during a pandemic no less). Or I have to wait possibly days to get a new card at which time anything could happen. If you're in a similar situation I suggest switching to a different bank as soon as possible as this bank is apparently so prone to swapping what shops are blocked and will take an eternity to reach back out to you.

  The staff is always very respectful and helpful, keeping me updated as changes are being made. Lily was a incredible help to me and was very personable, making me feel cared for and listened to with my concerns, and did everything in her power to help me resolve my issue all the way from Fort Myers.

  I will need all of the time in the world for how much I need to praise Ms. Renee for all that she has done to aid me in my time of need and recovery and support for a claim of a traumatic experience regarding fraudulent activity that occurred with my account and debit card. She was very patient with my story. She heard every word and treated it and me as though it was something that she had been through before and carried me through the other side. She gave me valid feedback regarding how the transactions were actually gone through; defining what a POS was versus a signed for purchase transaction would look like in there system. I did not get this level of authenticity or openess with any other phone rep who b-crapped their way into existing in my life because they told me one thing over the phone when in reality it was negligence on their behalf. Regardless of the hurt and disappointment that I have recently faced being with those individuals who I will even hesitantly say "lied" or more boldly say wer either careless with their words or lazy at their jobs and to cover their butts come up with some way to pin it on me, Mrs. Renee redeemed the idea of hope and value and honor of continuing with a company who has let me down countless times before as well. Ms. Renee is definitely a Gem you can only find once in a lifetime in a workforce such as this where she will get answers and resctfully see you through with integrity and respect to her job and those who depend and fall greatly upon Addition financial services! If there was a purple heart award and general great reward that would compensate someone who has and was willing to go through the trenches with a client, Mrs. Renee would be a frontier that would 5 of them plus some. Thank you so much Mrs. Renee for helping me recover my funds keeping my heart calm and my mental stable for as long as it had been rattling. You deserve and are gonna get great things accomplished for the company. I believe it 100%. God bless and thank you again.   Ana Santiago at the Mills Branch, now working primarily at the new downtown location, was an invaluable asset to me securing my personal loan. She was patient and truly listened to my thoughts and concerns going into this huge endeavor. She was professional, knowledgeable, and most of all compassionate. When I was denied initially due to lack of revolving credit, she calmly helped me to understand all of my options to move forward. She made herself available for me to return the very next day, and because of her persistence and undivided attention to detail in submitting and modifying my application with a co-signer, I was approved! I now have a crazy opportunity to change my life because of her care and concern!
