  I had the best experience going through Ray Warda when I bought my first home. He is truly an honest person with integrity when processing my home loan. He was always attentive and patient when I asked him millions of questions. Ray would call me back right away and responded fast. Ray treated me with great respect and professionalism that I will not forget. Buying a home for the first time was very stressful and Ray guided me in the right direction when it came to getting approved for my 20 percent down and avoiding PMI.   We were looking to refinance and after interviewing with a few loan officers we decided to go with Ray who was recommended to us. He answered all of our questions and we felt totally relaxed through the whole process. Ray was professional and got us the rate that he promised us saving us $$$!
