  This is the 2nd time I have refinanced with Network Capital and have 0 regrets! Before deciding to go with them a 2nd time I got quotes with two other lenders and Network Capital had the lowest interest rate offer of the 3 ! I highly recommend Julius Clark and mortgage banker Jessica . Both were very communicative, professional, quick and the the biggest thing for me is HONEST ! From the start there was no sugarcoating or throwing out ridiculous numbers then not delivering. Highly recommend Network Capital for anyone looking to refi with these interest rates in the mid 2s

  Michael Minter of Network Capital helped us on this process along with Craigneisha Williams. I've never thought Home Loan process would be this fast. I am very impressed. They would go out of their way to get your paperwork going from beginning until closing.

  I generally put off the refi on my house but after watching the rates fall for so long, I went ahead and bit the bullet. I called Network Capital Funding Corporation expecting some hard sell tactics, but instead Omar Kader became my partner in refinancing my home.   After being turned down by mortgage broker Mark Elmore at Sun Trust bank where I have had an accounts since 1977. I was referred to Spencer Seigle at Network Capital last February when I wanted to Refi with a cash out to do some home addition work. In a day and a half I got what I needed using the same data that I had presented to Sun Trust. Then in September Network Capital approached me with a Client Appreciation Program to refi at a lower rate . This time Young Kim and his associate Gyasi Griffin guided me through the journey. So I am pleased to say Network Capital has come through for me twice this year

  Great Experience at Network Capital Funding. Anthony Baronci was able to get my loan approved with a FCC filing against my property when Loan Depot could not get it done. Loan Depot took two months to finally tell me they could not without a release from a UCC filing where as Network Capital approved me a funded within 30 days of applying. I would recommend them to everyone looking to Re-Fi the home loan.

  These guys are a must period. Not only was Jeremy professional, knowledgeable and efficient, he's just a great communicator and gets stuff done!
