  I am a combat veteran that was seeking information on the home buying process with the VA. Beatriz talked to me for over an hour on the whole VA Loan process and was incredibly informative and very kind. You can tell she’s the type of person that genuinely cares for your interests and is there for you every single step of the way before and after the buying process. She is a wealth of knowledge on the VA home loan and everything related to mortgages. She truly is a professional and I know you can trust her with your homebuying needs. After I talked to her I informed her that I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to afford a home but she was still very kind and told me that if I ever needed anything I could just contact her and she would help me and my wife find a home. She left such an impression on me that I decided to write this review to let everyone else know that she is a wonderful person to work with!

  Beatriz is the BEST!! She help us make this process of purchasing a home smoother and faster then we expected. She was on top of everything and keeping us updated.   I have been working with Beatriz for four years. She is the type of lender, every real estate agents wants and needs! She is so diligent with her loans. She tackles every issue head on and gets the transaction closed. When ever I have a lead, she follows up relentlessly. You will not be disappointed. You need to have her on your team. I love that she speaks Spanish. Beatriz just helped me close a zero down loan. CalHFA in less than 30 days and we got the buyers closing cost. We have done many transactions together, from FHA, VA and Conventional.

  AMAZING!!!!! SUPERSTAR!!!!! Just darn good! As realtor we have a lot of choices in lenders and Beatriz is on the top of my list. I have been selling real estate for 20 years and have dealt with many lenders some good, some not so good and very few awsome lenders. Guess which list she is on? The Awsome and on top that list. Reasons she will work with the clients to get them ready for a loan and some for many months, when she says we are ready Bam we really are( not maybe,hopefully), speed (9/10 day escrow closed) and she communicates and updates through the whole process with everyone.
