  Ernest Rodrguez showed high professionalism in customer service, being patient in clarifying and answering all my questions. He is knowledgeable to discuss all options in loan refinancing and helped me to find the best option. He is also very prompt in communication on emails/text/voice calls. I had a bitter experience with a different financial company, but Ernest gave me the best experience with Pacific Financial. I highly recommend him.

  My husband and I worked with Mike Riggs on a refinance of our home in Texas. Mike did an exemplary job helping us find an excellent mortgage. He was so easy to work with, and took our concerns very seriously. He worked hard to come up with solutions that were unique to our situation. Paul and I were so impressed with the process and our outcome, that we have referred him to our daughter and son in law, who should be closing on their mortgage within the week. Our family feels that we have made a life long contact that we will, willingly and enthusiastically, refer to our family and friends. We would give Mike Riggs ten stars if we could!😊

  We have been dealing with Pacific Financial for 2-3 years now. We had called them to ask for a fall off balance. The next month, they deleted our bank account information without asking them to do so. We asked for a deferment on our payments. They said they could do 180 days of deferment on payments as we were and still are struggling from the pandemic. They only allowed 90 days. They did not stay with what they stated they could do. Our account has been through many hands at Pacific Financial in which we have to explain our issues with them over and over again. There was a representative named Omar, who was yelling at me over the phone then hung up on me as we were trying to explain our situation for the 3rd to 4th time. If we could give this company a zero star, we would. I would not recommend this company at all.

  I have dreaded doing a refinance for the longest time because of all the time and effort involve. Richard Wolfe made it so easy and painless, I would recommend him to anyone looking to do a refinance. He was professional, upfront and honest, and very responsive. I know a handful of friends that have refinanced with in the last few months, and none of them got a deal as good as the one Richard got me. Thank You

  We have refinanced our mortgage through Pacific Financial twice. Both times were smooth and problem-free, thanks to the personalized services of our agent, Michael Riggs, and the loan processor, Lisa Zagaroli. Between the two of them, we received constant updates on the status of our refinance request, and they were quick to answer any of our questions. Based on our experience, we highly recommend them and their company, Pacific Financial, to handle mortgage loan issues.

  We just finished out refi with Mike Riggs and Rachel Iezza with Pacific Financial. One of the easiest refi's I have ever done. Mike was great during the entire process. We took some money out, lowered our interest rate and even lowered our payment. Mike was on top of everything including status updates every Friday. Our loan closed in about 30 days from start to finish. Highly recommend. Thank you!!!!!!!
